Hello and welcome back ladies and gentlemen to another fantastic Super Motivational Friday video. As you all know the new year has dawned on us and I would assume that you, like myself and many others, have great big ambitious goals for the new year ahead of you. And what a better thing to do with those goals than to make them public to help motivate you to achieve them!Now when I say public I don’t mean you have to have a press briefing. I just mean to post it on social media and tell you friends and family. This way you have some accountability and expectations to live up too. Because let’s say you want to work out more but you just still haven’t done it yet. But by telling others your goal you’ll have set expectations with other people for you to live up. Otherwise when you fail you only fail yourself. But when you tell others and they ask you how your new year's goal is going, suddenly you have another person to answer to and say that you gave up on your goals. And no one likes having to admit defeat. So share your goals to help keep you motivated in the new year.
