Welcome back to another Super Motivational Friday! I hope you all had a very stressful week because today I’m going to teach you how to relieve stress. Otherwise, what was the point of all this? But of course, I’m only kidding and I hope you had a stress-free week but if not, this video is for you. Now in order to relieve stress, the first thing you need to do is find a nice quiet place all to yourself. Preferably someplace where you can sit down to really relax. This can be inside or outside it doesn’t really matter. And then what you’ll do is follow the breathing exercises I outline in the video. And I promise you ladies and gentlemen that when you follow this amazing technique you will begin to feel your stress fade away. But you have to really follow along. There’s really only one good sure fire way to make sure someone remembers what it is you're trying to tell them. And the best way to get that message across is through a story.The art of storytelling goes back to mankind's earliest days. Just look at our cave paintings from thousands of years ago. Since then they’ve evolved into books and novels, radio shows, movies and TV and now video games too. Storytelling is in every facet of human life. The reason for that is because telling stories is such a powerful way to convey a message. By taking your message and turning it into a story you can grab the attention of others in ways you normally wouldn’t be able to.
