I’m back again with another tip for you to help put you on the path to success to achieve your dreams and open doors you thought were closed to you. Speaking of opening doors this is exactly why you should reframe your question. You see in life when you’re talking with others sometimes you may ask questions that don’t give you the answers you were looking for. So you ask another question and another and another. But the solution is to not ask closed ended question but instead ask open ended questionsWhen you ask a closed question you typically get a yes or no answer and the person doesn't say anything else because they have fulfilled what it is you asked of them. But when you ask an open-ended question the person will notice that they have lots of room to move around in their answer and are more likely to talk more about the subject. So remember to ask open ended questions to help you uncover more about the world and the people you meet in it.

I'm John Sea Morley, serial entrepreneur and your coach. What is a company purpose? Hmm. A company purpose is a set of statements, values that a company lives by, in everything they do each day of its business existence. It can be about things with your clients, things with your employees, contractors, vendors, so they can be a company purpose that actually is a grand company purpose. And then you can have silo and company purposes for each individual unit. They get a little bit more specific. So why is a company purpose important? Well, let's take an example. Suppose that you want to go on a trip and you want to take this great road trip out to a delicious restaurant, which has an amazing winery, and you could spend the whole day there and sample all kinds of wines and then have a delicious wine pairing for dinner.You start out early in the morning at 6:00. The road trip is about four or 5 hours. Now, if not, everyone in the car knows where we're going and why we're going there, well, that's going to cause some hesitancy. It's going to cause some awkwardness. And if you don't know where the heck you're going, then how are you ever going to get there?
